The Canal Court Leisure Complex is one of the most exclusive Private Health & Leisure Clubs in Northern Ireland. Hotel Residents & Private Members may avail of a wide range of activities on offer. This fully equipped Leisure Complex is located on the second floor of the Hotel & Facilities include:

Membership at Canal Court Leisure Complex
We offer a wide range of memberships ensuring you get the most from the Complex. As a member you will be offered a full Fitness Assessment by a fully qualified Gym Instructor & a Personal Programme created to suit your individual requirements & fitness levels.

Pools unavailable during swimming lessons times (January - March / May - June / September - November). Please note that you must vacate the pool and gym areas 15 minutes before closing.

Gymnasium
Offering the most modern in computer monitored fitness and training equipment. With Cardio-vascular resistance machines & free weights, this Gym is suitable for the superior Athlete & Beginner alike. To enhance enjoyment Cardio Theatre Entertainment systems are in place. Train effectively & safely with the help & guidance of our personal trainers and gym instructors who are on hand to design a personal training programme to suit your individual needs.
Swimming Pool
Our Pool is 20m and is heated to a comfortable temperature and ranges from 3ft to 6ft to ensure even non-swimmers can enjoy a relaxing dip, as well as the serious swimmer! A separate children’s pool allows the little one’s to enjoy their time here also in the safety of this shallow pool.
Jacuzzi
The poolside Jacuzzi is the perfect way to unwind after a stressful day. The warm temperature & massaging bubbles are also the perfect way to finish after a work out in the Gym.
Hot Tub
Our outdoor Hot Tub, situated ouside of the pool area, is another relaxing and unique feature of our leisure facilities. De-stress either in the roof top hot tub, or unwind on one of our summer seats- take your pick!
Sauna and Steamroom
Situated by the poolside, these two facilities are perfect for relaxing & detoxifying the body. Unwind in the soothing forces of heat to relieve any aches and pains and cleanse the bodies pores, while the eucalyptic essence will soothe breathing problems and leave your skin tingling.
The above facilities are complimentary to all our Residents.
Towels are supplied at our Leisure Complex reception and our changing rooms are equipped with lockers, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryers.
